Refund and Exchange Policy

            We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Conditions:

• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original condition
• Item must be in original packaging
• Tags must be attached (if applicable)

            We do not offer refunds unless the item is out of stock for exchange. In that case, a refund will be issued.

Important Notes:

• Delivery charges are non-refundable
• Customers must provide order number and product pictures for exchange requests
• Size exchange is subject to stock availability.
